Sylvie is a Service Designer and Life Design Coach with a knack for behavior change and systems thinking. As a designer, Sylvie uses creativity and curiosity to center real human needs in the design of public health and social services. She enjoys creating experiences that foster habit, prevention, and connection as foundations of wellness. Some of her current and previous work has focused on mental health crisis responses and housing stability.

As a coach, Sylvie turns the human-centered design toolkit inward, to help individuals who are feeling stuck generate greater insight, balance, alignment, and joy. Often, the work involves navigating a transition, such as a forming a new habit or routine, or planning a career pivot. She helps her clients see the big picture, get to the root of their challenges, address obstacles, and build their way to a more aligned and fulfilled life.

Sylvie has formerly worked as a Mental Health Provider, a Healthcare Innovation Strategist, and a Design Researcher. She holds a BS in Cognitive Science from Tufts University, a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University, and has recently returned to school to pursue an MA in Service Design at the Royal College of Art.
