Terri Cramer

I am dedicated to helping talented people visualize the path that will enable them to affect positive change in their lives and at work. My professional contributions are within both corporate and higher education. I have more than twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in human capital roles that include recruiting, communications, learning and performance, organizational effectiveness, and change management. More recently, my work in higher education has involved program design and career and performance coaching for MBA students. My undergraduate training is in biochemistry and organizational leadership, and I hold an MS in Organizational Development from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
