I also support people who are going through transitions, to craft their new life stories, creating more meaning and joy in their life as well as learning and growth. My approach is explorative, creative, and strategic, with a balance of exploration and actions, to support you in gaining clarity and moving forward with concrete action steps. As an enthusiastic learner and adventurer myself, warmth, curiosity, fun, and intelligence are some of the qualities I bring to what I do. I am a Master Certified Coach with over 2500 coaching hours, specializing in career coaching and leadership coaching. Leveraging 20 years of experience in business management and learning and development, I have supported many people in designing career and life paths that are more aligned with who they are and what they value. It was joyful to have witnessed my clients embark on richer, more colorful and fulfilling lives by using design thinking tools. Personally, I have spent years of studying, working, and living across Asia, Europe, and North America, and gone through a lot of personal and professional changes during my life which helped me gain valuable insights about transitions and navigating uncertainties and changes.
