Yolanda is the Chairperson of Pensions Caixa 30, the Caixabank employee pension fund. Previously she worked for 20 years as an FX Option Trader and one year as a Risk Credit Analyst. She collaborates with some Spanish universities (UB- CEU -mediaICAM) and NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) doing workshops about stress, psychology and leadership and teaching the CEB program (Cultivating Emotional Balance).

She studied Mathematics, Business Administration and Psychology in university; and coaching in Meyler Campbell, EEC (European School of Cosching) and DYL (Designing Your Life -Stanford). Also she is a Dale Carnegie trainer. She is passionate about cultivating a good life in the business environment and about defending kindness as a leadership strength.

As a mathematician, psychologist and meditation practitioner, Yolanda takes a holistic approach to coaching, helping clients uncover strengths and overcome challenges. She believes in human flourishing: living a meaningful and joyful life. The way she proposes to cultivate a good life is by taking care of ourselves (epimeleia) walking a 3 road path: explore, learn and practice.
