Susan lives in Washington, DC, and has lived in Teheran, Riyadh, Brussels, Madrid and London. Shannon has worked in the career development space for 20+ years including both higher education and nonprofit and most recently Edtech. She spent the last 12+ years working in higher education career services, serving as a strategic partner in developing several large-scale career programs that focused on supporting individuals in their career journey. Additionally, she has managed a career center as well as supported graduates as part of the Job Corps Program, the largest nationwide job training program for young adults. She loves empowering individuals by providing them with the tools, resources and opportunities to succeed while helping them to define their “WHY”.

Yolanda is the Chairperson of Pensions Caixa 30, the Caixabank employee pension fund. Previously she worked for 20 years as an FX Option Trader and one year as a Risk Credit Analyst. She collaborates with some Spanish universities (UB- CEU -mediaICAM) and NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) doing workshops about stress, psychology and leadership and teaching the CEB program (Cultivating Emotional Balance).
